McGuigan Wines x Vehicle Giveaway Contest

CONTEST PERIOD

The McGuigan Wines x Vehicle Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Australian Vintage Ltd. (ACN 052 179 932) (the “Sponsor”) and will run in British Columbia from July 14, 2025, to September 12, 2025, at participating BC Liquor Stores and online. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on September 12, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to residents of British Columbia who are of legal drinking age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, the BC Liquor Distribution Branch, BC Liquor Stores, liquor licensees, their affiliates, agencies, contractors, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, or spouse) or anyone with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible to participate. The BC Liquor Distribution Branch is not affiliated with this contest and bears no responsibility or liability in relation to it.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit https://mcguiganwinespromo.com/ and complete the official contest entry form between July 14 and September 12, 2025. Limit of one (1) entry per person per household. No purchase necessary.

PRIZE DETAILS

There is one (1) grand prize available to be won:

• The prize is one (1) dealership voucher from a pre-determined partner dealership valued at $35,000 CAD.
• Vehicle awarded will be a base model; any taxes, upgrades, customizations, insurance, registration, licensing, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The prize must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions or cash or other equivalent will be provided.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION & REQUIREMENTS

The selected entrant will be notified by email or phone on September 13, 2025 and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before being confirmed as the winner. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or fails to respond within three (3) business days, they will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• By entering, each entrant consents to the use of their name, city, and image in any publicity, advertisements or social media posts carried out by the Sponsor, without further compensation.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice, subject to approval by the BC Liquor Distribution Branch.
• This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

LIABILITY

The Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all parties associated with this contest (the “Releasees”) shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or acceptance or use of the prize. The vehicle taxes and third-party insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Releasees make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the prize.

LIQUOR AUTHORITIES

The BC Liquor Distribution Branch and BC Liquor Stores are not connected to this Contest in any way and are not liable for any aspect of this Contest.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the McGuigan Wines x Vehicle Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) and the use of any related website or promotional platform used to enter the Contest.

By entering the Contest, you agree to the Official Contest Rules available. These include:

• No purchase is necessary.
• Limit one (1) entry per person .per household or residence in BC
• The Contest runs from July 14 to September 12, 2025.
• Winner is responsible for all costs associated with accepting the prize, including taxes, vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance.
• The vehicle prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash or other substitution will be provided. Prize cannot be transferred to any other person than the winning entrant.
